A product developed by Col. Nancy, the Highlands Long Leg is a highlight for the vintage flavors of Col. Bill’s smokehouse and our traditional ambient weather cure.
The Newsom heritage smokehouse flavors complement the ritual tradition of ham carving.
The Newsom’s artisan cure is wedded to the ritual of carving in the Highland Long Leg. In Spain, all of the aged hams are sliced and enjoyed in this manner with the legs in those carving stands yielding delectable, burgundy, thin slices that offer a scent and taste, quite heavenly.
This ham is now 17 months old.
DEAR CUSTOMER: Hams will be sent at the weights offered below as available. Occasionally substitutions will be made of a slightly smaller or larger ham and the price will be adjusted accordingly.
