Col. Nancy Newsom Mahaffey traveled to Covington for a three-day food expo at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center. The show was affiliated with the Cincinnati Enquirer and included several booths and cooking demonstrations. Nancy was asked to fill in at one of the cooking booths and fried up some of that special Newsom's country ham--the aroma wafting throughout the convention center to make the tastebuds water.
